Is it normal to drink a glass of 8 oz of water a day?

I do not drink any more, only a glass. I know I should be drinking more. I started to follow up and increased my intake of water. I wondered what the effects are a glass of drink.

Dehydration, obviously. If becomes severe, confusion and weakness can occur and, potentially, coma and organ failure if severe dehydration is waay. So … you need to drink more water. OO You're supposed to drink at least eight 8 oz glasses a day so they are short. Why do not you want to drink more water? It's awesome! = D
